Kill any combination of 10 Champions of Sseratus, Priests of Sseratus, or Drakkari Snake Handlers at the Altar of Sseratus.

Most targets are already fighting Argent Soldiers and have reduced health. Tag for credit even if a soldier lands the killing blow. AoE works well on clusters. Always pair with Argent Crusade, We Are Leaving! Every troll you kill to free a soldier counts toward both quests. You'll finish this before speaking to all 10 soldiers. Turn in to Corporal Maga at [40, 48].

Vikstone's Classic Expedition

They fought for a dead god and didn't know it yet. Vikstone killed ten of them on his way out, not because it mattered to Sseratus anymore, but because Maga didn't want to leave without finishing the job.

Walkthrough

The Sseratus followers are spread around the altar area north of Stackhammer’s position. Most are already fighting Argent Soldiers, so many will have reduced health.
You only need to tag (deal damage to) the mob for it to count. Even if an Argent Soldier lands the killing blow, you still get credit.
AoE abilities work well here since multiple trolls are clustered in combat with soldiers.

Efficiency Tips

Always do this alongside Argent Crusade, We Are Leaving!. Every troll you kill to free a soldier counts toward both quests. You’ll likely finish Mopping Up before you’ve spoken to all 10 soldiers.
Farming Note: This area is a solid spot for Frostweave Cloth farming at levels 78-80, since the mobs are weakened by soldiers and die quickly.

Corporal Maga caught me as I was rounding up soldiers. “We still have a job to do here. While you’re out there, put some of those followers of Sseratus out of their misery?”

So while I gathered the Argent troops, I killed what Drakkari crossed my path. Champions, priests, snake handlers. They fought for a dead god and didn’t know it yet.

The work was efficient. No glory in it, no honor. Just the steady reduction of enemy numbers before we pulled out.

“Thanks,” Maga said when I’d finished. “I’d have hated to leave without accomplishing what we came out here for.”

The retreat is clean, and ten fewer followers serve a god who’s already dead. But south of the altar, the flooded fields have a problem that’s less about trolls and more about what’s bubbling up through the cracks in The Drakkari Do Not Need Water Elementals!
