Walkthrough

Pure breadcrumb delivery. No combat, no mechanics, no “interactive steps.”

1. Accept from Prigmon at Granite Springs. He gives you Harkor’s Ingredients (the stew components you gathered in Shimmercap Stew, now bundled into a single delivery item).
2. Ride or fly to Harkor’s Camp [73.8, 34.0], a small cluster of tents on the northeast coast of Grizzly Hills, just south of Drakil’jin Ruins.
3. Turn in to Harkor. Done.

Prigmon’s dialogue gives you direction: “He’s camped out on the eastern coast near dem haunted ruins. Drakil’jin, dey be called.”

Why This Quest Matters

Say Hello to My Little Friend is a routing breadcrumb that sends you from Granite Springs (western Grizzly Hills) to Harkor’s Camp (far eastern Grizzly Hills). This opens up an entire quest hub you’d otherwise miss:

Available at Harkor’s Camp:

• Nice to Meat You (Harkor) — Collect 10 Fibrous Worg Meat + 10 Shovelhorn Steaks from nearby wildlife. Can be picked up without this breadcrumb, but you wouldn’t know the camp exists.
• Therapy (Harkor) — Kill 10 Drakkari Protectors + 10 Drakkari Oracles outside Drakil’jin Ruins. Same mobs that drop Sacred Mojo for the Drakuru chain.
• It Takes Guts… (Kraz) — Collect 5 Drakkari Canopic Jars inside the Drakil’jin crypt. Starts a 4-quest chain through Drak’aguul’s Mallet → See You on the Other Side → Chill Out, Mon → Jin’arrak’s End.
• A Bear of an Appetite (Hugh Glass) — nearby at Redwood Trading Post.
• Dun-da-Dun-tah! (Harrison Jones) — escort quest inside the Drakil’jin crypt, same room as the Drakkari Tablets from Voices From the Dust.

Lore Context

Harkor is a dwarf adventurer, not a random NPC. He was one of the captive hostages in Zul’Aman (the TBC 10-man raid), caged by the troll warlord Akil’zon. If your raid freed him in time during the Zul’Aman timed event, he’d crack open a treasure chest as thanks.

After being rescued, he relocated to Grizzly Hills, where he now lives in his small camp near more troll ruins. His Therapy quest reflects this history directly: “Trolls… me hates ’em all! I once got meself captured by a band o’ tha beasts… came this close ta gettin’ me head shrunk!”

Kraz, Harkor’s camp companion, is ALSO a former Zul’Aman prisoner. Two TBC raid survivors now living together in a tent on the Grizzly Hills coast, still holding grudges against trolls.

Cross-expansion appearances: Harkor later appears in Cataclysm’s Uldum content as part of a treasure-hunting caravan that travels from Tanaris’ Thistleshrub Valley. He and other adventurers are captured by pygmies, and you help rescue them during Uldum’s introductory questline.

Easter Eggs

• Scarface (1983): The quest title references Tony Montana’s iconic line before his final stand. The phrase has become one of cinema’s most quotable moments.
• “Little Friend” as the stew ingredients: The delivery package is Prigmon’s stew ingredients. Harkor’s “little friend” is the meal he’s been waiting for, not a weapon.
