If you pick up Shimmercap Stew immediately and combine it with these Drakuru objectives, you can complete all three ingredients passively without a dedicated farming trip.

Walkthrough

Shimmering Snowcaps (5) — Ruins of Drak’Zin, northwest slope [10-11, 54-56]

• Small glowing mushrooms found on snowy ground near tree bases, with a bluish shimmer. They are NOT at the ruins themselves but on the snowy hillside northwest, between the ruins and the river bordering Dragonblight.
• They cluster around [11, 55] with some spawns as far south as [10, 61] near the river.
• Herbalism Track Herbs: Snowcaps DO appear on the minimap with Track Herbs active. However, they are not an actual herbalism node and require no skill to gather.

Ice Serpent Eyes (5) — Ruins of Drak’Zin [10-13, 60-62]

• Drop from Ice Serpents (level 72-73 wind serpents) and Serpent Defenders flying around the ruins and along the riverbank.
• Drop rate: Inconsistent. It is about 30-50%. Expect to kill 10-20 serpents.
• Combat note: Ice Serpents use Ice Slash (Frost damage + 50% movement speed reduction for 10 seconds). Melee classes should be aware of the slow; it can make chain-pulling along the river dangerous if you get caught by multiple serpents.
• A large cluster of serpents spawns at [10, 62] along the waterline. Good spot for focused farming if needed.

Sweetroot (5) — Zeb’Halak [14-17, 35-38]

• Large, aloe vera-like green plants growing around the broken stone structures and ziggurats of Zeb’Halak. Spread across the western part of the camp.
• Spawns are distributed, not just behind the ziggurat. Check around [14, 38], [16, 35], and the general perimeter of the ruins.
• Herbalism Track Herbs: Sweetroot does NOT appear on the minimap, even with tracking active. You need to spot them visually.
• Hostile mobs: Zeb’Halak is populated by Drakkari trolls (same ones from Sacrifices Must Be Made). If you’ve already cleared the area for the Drakuru chain, Sweetroot is a quick pickup on respawn.

Common Confusion: Don’t confuse Drak’Zin Ruins (southwest Grizzly Hills, near Granite Springs) with Drakil’jin Ruins (far eastern Grizzly Hills, near Thor Modan). They’re on opposite sides of the zone.

Lore Context

Prigmon explains he has “a friend” (Harkor) who makes incredible stew from these local Drakkari-region ingredients. The follow-up quest, Say Hello to My Little Friend, has you deliver the gathered ingredients to Harkor at his camp near Drakil’jin Ruins.

Prigmon’s day job is grimmer: wrapping troll corpses for burning before the Scourge can reanimate them (as you saw in Scourgekabob). The stew ingredients are his side request, a small comfort while doing ugly work.

The quest name references shimmercap mushrooms, a local Northrend variety with bioluminescent properties. Wind serpent eyes as a stew ingredient is consistent with Drakkari troll cuisine, which makes heavy use of local reptilian fauna.
