Walkthrough

Rheanna is at the Alliance camp on the eastern edge of Blue Sky Logging Grounds. She gives you a single Renewing Bandage, which is a reusable quest item (it does not get consumed on use).

Head southeast downhill to the central island between the two rivers. Wounded Westfall Infantry units are scattered across this battlefield, lying on the ground among the fighting. Walk up to one and use the Renewing Bandage on them. There is a brief channeled cast, after which the soldier gets up and you receive credit.

The wounded soldiers are plentiful and easy to spot. After healing 10, return to Rheanna to turn in.

Efficiency Tips

• The Renewing Bandage has a short cast time. You do not need to be out of combat to use it, but getting hit can interrupt the channel.
• The wounded soldiers share the same battlefield as the kill targets for Kick ‘Em While They’re Down, the shredder parts for Pieces Parts, and the broken-down shredders for Shredder Repair. Grab all four Blue Sky dailies before heading down to the island and complete them simultaneously.
• Focus on wounded soldiers that are not near active combat to avoid interruptions. The ones on the edges of the battlefield tend to be easier to bandage without being hit.

All four Blue Sky Logging Grounds Alliance dailies overlap on the same central island. Pick up all four before heading down:

• Kick ‘Em While They’re Down (from Sergeant Hartsman) — Kill 15 Horde units.
• Pieces Parts (from Pipthwack) — Collect shredder parts off the ground.
• Shredder Repair (from Synipus) — Drive broken-down shredders back to camp.

Easter Egg: Rheanna’s Secret Admirer

Rheanna may seem like a standard quest-dispensing field medic, but she has a hidden story told entirely through environmental objects in Dalaran.

A Bundle of Romantic Correspondences can sometimes be found at the Dalaran visitor center [52.2, 54.8], spawning in place of the Schools of Arcane Magic books. The bundle contains a series of increasingly intense love letters from an unnamed admirer who becomes obsessed with Rheanna after a romantic encounter.

The letters escalate from lovestruck poetry to borderline stalker territory, and the final page is a formal restraining order issued on behalf of “Lady Rheanna,” noting that an incident involving an “untimely polymorph spell” was an accident she does not wish to revisit. The implication is that the admirer was a mage who accidentally polymorphed Rheanna (or themselves) at a very inopportune moment.

It’s a great example of Blizzard hiding complete narrative micro-stories in environmental objects that most players will never find.

Lore Context

The “Westfall Infantry” designation connects these soldiers to the Westfall Brigade, the Alliance military unit that operates out of the Westfall Brigade Encampment in eastern Grizzly Hills under Captain Gryan Stoutmantle. The same soldiers you’re bandaging here are part of Stoutmantle’s force, deployed west to contest the logging grounds.

Rheanna’s quest text emphasizes how stretched the Alliance is: she says most forces are committed to Venture Bay, leaving Blue Sky Logging Grounds undermanned.

This mirrors the Horde equivalent (Overwhelmed! from Aumana), where the Horde medic tells the exact same story from the opposite side. Both factions describe being left to fend for themselves while their main armies fight at Venture Bay.
