“That’s it then. With the last of the ore you salvaged we now have enough to send to Valiance Keep. If Farshire is wiped off the face of Azeroth, then at least let us be remembered as the first ones to defend our land and the last ones to give up.
Take this ore to Hilda Stoneforge – she is a good friend of mine. Tell her to make some good weapons with this ore. We’ll need plenty of them in the days to come.”

Lore Context
Explore Borean Tundra’s hidden easter eggs, lore mysteries, and connections across Warcraft history in Vikstone’s Borean Tundra Chronicles, along with the complete quest storyline.
Vikstone's War JournalGerald pressed the crate into my hands. “That’s it, then. If Farshire is wiped off the face of Azeroth, at least let us be remembered as the first ones to defend our land and the last ones to give up.”

He meant it. Every word.
“Take this ore to Hilda Stoneforge in Valiance Keep. She’s a good friend of mine. Tell her to make some good weapons with it. We’ll need plenty in the days to come.”
Hilda was working the forge when I arrived. A fellow dwarf, soot-streaked and steady-handed. She looked up at the crate with a frown.
“Ore from Farshire? We weren’t scheduled for a shipment just yet.” Her eyes met mine. “Is something wrong?”
I told her. The soldiers. The grain. The ghouls wearing Alliance tabards.
She took the ore without another word and turned back to the forge.
The ore was delivered, and when the weapons came off it somebody would have to carry them back as Weapons for Farshire.
