Zepik the Gorloc Hunter wants you to smash the Skyreach Crystal Clusters in front of the Mistwhisper weather shrine. If you lose Zepik’s Hunting Horn, speak to Elder Harkek in Frenzyheart Hill.

Objective: Sabotage the Mistwhisper Weather Shrine by smashing Skyreach Crystal Clusters in front of it.

Zepik’s plan is simple: the gorlocs (“big-tongues”) use Skyreach Crystals to power their weather shrines. If you smash the wrong crystals in front of a shrine, it’ll overload and cause chaos. He provides you with a set of Skyreach Crystal Clusters (the ones you gathered from the riverbank in Mischief in the Making).
Head to the Mistwhisper Weather Shrine at [45, 37]. It’s the large stone pillar near the small central lake in Mistwhisper Refuge (not the large bordering lake). Stand right up against the shrine and use the Skyreach Crystal Clusters from your inventory.
This triggers a dramatic lightning strike that sabotages the shrine. Summon Zepik if he isn’t with you and turn in.

Zepik’s Enthusiasm
Zepik’s delight at the sabotage is infectious. During the event he shouts: “Trust me, you going love this!” and after the lightning strikes: “BOOM! That so good! More! More!”
His completion text: “You see lightning smash that oracle guy? So good!” as he rubs his hands together and chuckles maniacally.
The Crystals Come Full Circle
The Skyreach Crystal Clusters you gathered from the riverbanks for Mischief in the Making are the same ones Zepik uses here. Rakjak’s “preparations” were all building toward this sabotage mission: Serfex proved your hunting skill, the crystals were the ammunition, and the crocolisk was the transport.
The wolvar may seem disorganized, but this was a coordinated three-part operation.

His tactical briefing lacked certain nuances.
“Zepik tried to sneak in at one of their other rain shrines, but it not go so well. It sure to go much better with two! Take crystals, place at big stone pillar shrine thing, then smash them to release power.”
A pause while he considered whether to mention the rest.
“Zepik not sure what will happen, so might want to step back after.”
“Zepik think this go much better with partner,” he added. “You strong for not Frenzyheart.”
Who was I to argue with a plan built on that much confidence and that little information? I set the Skyreach Crystal Clusters at the base of the weather shrine, drew my mace, and brought it down on them.
The lightning came up out of the shrine rather than down from the clouds, which I had not expected. Blue-white arcs whipped across the sanctuary and found everything metal I was wearing. A Mistwhisper oracle took a bolt square in the chest and went several feet into the air with his scales smoking.
“It work so good! You see lightning smash that oracle guy? So good!” Zepik rubbed his hands together and chuckled maniacally.
I was grinning too. The Frenzyheart approach to diplomacy had no subtlety in it anywhere, but it did leave an impression.
“We do again tomorrow?”
Elune help me, I was starting to like these wolvar.
The weather was somebody else’s problem now, though Zepik had a second complaint about the gorlocs, and it involved a mist that had stopped cooperating in The Mist Isn’t Listening.
