Bor’s Breath Location: The frozen pathway runs between [28.64, 65.16] and [36.82, 68.48], east of Frosthold.

Walkthrough
Fly north or east from Frosthold into the harpy-controlled valleys. The quest text says “Go into the valleys to the north or the east and find the eggs,” which encompasses both the Bor’s Breath area and the Rohemdal Pass area.
Eggs are ground-spawnable objects tucked around the bases of trees along the river and valley floor, roughly centered around [34, 65].
The eggs can be tricky to spot at first. Look carefully behind and around tree trunks, as they’re often partially hidden from immediate view. Once you start finding them, you’ll notice they cluster in groups of 2-6 near the same tree, so a single good tree can knock out a big chunk of your count. The whole quest can be done in about 5 minutes.
Tips
Do Alongside: Stemming the Aggressors from Glorthal Stiffbeard (also at Frosthold) sends you to kill Frostfeather Screechers and Witches in the same valleys. Pick up both quests and clear harpies while looting eggs along the way.
Bonus Loot: The Frostfeather harpies in this area can drop Relics of Ulduar, the turn-in currency for Sons of Hodir reputation via Hodir’s Tribute. Worth picking up as you go, even though this quest itself is Frostborn content.
Lore Context
The Frostfeather harpies have been stealing Stormcrest Eagle eggs not to raise but to hatch and devour the chicks. Before the harpy raids escalated, dozens of eagles soared the Storm Peaks skies; now they huddle protectively over their remaining nests.
This directly builds on the player’s relationship with the eagles established in Loyal Companions, where you fed them. Now you’re rescuing their next generation.
Fjorlin’s completion text hints at a future reward: “If you stop back by soon, I’m sure we can find one that will let you ride… they should know that you’re trustworthy now.”

I had been up on those peaks the day before with eight slabs of rhino and had not thought anything of it. Every bird up there was sitting. I took it for how eagles are.
“The harpies have grown a taste for eagle flesh, it seems… the sick wretches are caring for the eggs long enough to feast on the hatchlings.”
That stopped me for a moment. Not stealing food. Keeping it warm, and turning it, and waiting on it, and knowing the whole while what they were waiting for.
“Go into the valleys to the north or the east and find the eggs… bring them back here, and I’ll take them back to the nests.”
Back to Bor’s Breath, where the scout died. The eggs were all through harpy ground, behind rocks and under fallen pines, and none of them were broken. They had been put down carefully.
I carried them out one and two at a time in gauntlets built for a two-handed sword. That took most of a day and a good deal more patience than the killing had.
“Good stuff, lad,” Fjorlin said. “You’re making fast friends. If you stop back by soon, I’m sure we can find one that will let you ride… they should know that you’re trustworthy now.”
The eggs went back to the nests and the eagles started to recognise him, which was the last thing Frosthold needed from Vikstone for a while, and the note he had pulled out of a snowdrift on the Foot Steppes turned out to put him On Brann’s Trail.
