Speak to Zepik the Gorloc Hunter to align with the Frenzyheart Tribe.

Zepik only offers this if you killed Jaloot during A Hero's Burden, and he despawns within about a minute of the fight ending, so take it before you do anything else. Missing him means killing Artruis again tomorrow. Completing it sets you to Honored with the Frenzyheart Tribe and Hated with the Oracles, and any Oracle reputation past Honored is gone for good, along with the use of anything you bought from them at Revered or higher. Nothing changes until you actually turn this in, so a misclick during the fight is recoverable. Afterward, three dailies open at Frenzyheart Hill from Elder Harkek, Rejek, and Vekgar, drawn from a pool of eight, worth 1,700 reputation a day and roughly nineteen days to Exalted. You can only switch factions once per day.

Objective: Speak to Zepik to align with the Frenzyheart Tribe.

Walkthrough

Accept and complete this quest by speaking to Zepik at the Sundered Shard cave immediately after the Artruis fight. The reputation switch happens automatically upon turn-in. Act quickly, as Zepik despawns after a short time. If you miss him, you must kill Artruis again.

After completing this quest, fly to Frenzyheart Hill [55, 69] to pick up the daily quests from Elder Harkek, Rejek, and Vekgar.

Important Notes

No dailies showing up? You must have completed the full prerequisite chain starting with Playing Along. If you skipped any quests in the Frenzyheart/Oracles introductory chain, the dailies won’t unlock.
No bonus rep from repeating: This quest does not grant additional reputation if you’re already Honored or higher with the Frenzyheart Tribe. It only functions as a faction switch.
Switching back: Kill Artruis again (respawns daily), save Jaloot instead of Zepik, and accept Hand of the Oracles. Switching resets your previous faction’s reputation to Hated and sets the new faction to Honored. All progress beyond Honored is lost.
Faction switch is safe: The reputation change doesn’t occur until you actually accept and complete this quest. If the wrong NPC was killed during the Artruis fight, just wait for the respawn and try again.

Lore Context

Zepik’s quest dialogue shows a surprisingly nuanced moment for a wolvar. He acknowledges the gorloc fought well enough to deserve a fair fight, and vouches for you personally to the rest of the Frenzyheart. This is one of the few moments where the Frenzyheart show something beyond pure aggression.

Three daily quests are offered each day from a rotating pool of eight, totaling 1,700 reputation per day.
Exalted takes approximately 19 days of dailies from Honored.
The main unique reward is the Disgusting Jar (available at Revered), which after 7 days can yield Frenzyheart Brew (~25% chance), a toy that transforms you into a wolvar.
