Emissary Skyhaven at Moa'ki Harbor. Ride or fly northwest to Stars' Rest at [29, 55]. No auto-flight on this one. The Image of Archmage Modera is at the center of the outpost. No combat. This is an optional breadcrumb quest. If you've already visited Stars' Rest or picked up the A Disturbance In The West breadcrumb from Wintergarde Keep, this quest will not be available. That's normal. This breadcrumb is most relevant for players who arrived in Dragonblight via the Kalu'ak turtle boat network to Moa'ki Harbor. Grab the Stars' Rest flight path on arrival if this is your first visit.

Emissary Skyhaven warned that the upheaval in the land would have broader consequences and urged haste toward Stars' Rest. Modera's projection was waiting: "I've been expecting you. We have much work to do, you and I."

“Warrior, I know these tuskarr will ask you to do many favors for them, but you must get to Stars’ Rest with all due haste! The upheaval in the land this morning is sure to have broader repercussions than just inconveniencing the natives. Stars’ Rest is westward past the intersection of the road leading north out of the harbor. There is an archmage there named Modera.

She will be expecting you.”

Walkthrough

Pick up the quest from Emissary Skyhaven, the night elf Alliance ambassador at Moa’ki Harbor. She urges you to head to Stars’ Rest immediately, warning that the recent upheaval in the land will have broader consequences.
Travel northwest from Moa’ki Harbor to Stars’ Rest [29, 55]. Follow the road north out of the harbor, then head west past the intersection. No auto-flight on this one; you’ll need to ride or fly there yourself.
Speak with the Image of Archmage Modera at Stars’ Rest to complete the quest. She responds: “I’ve been expecting you. We have much work to do, you and I.”

This is an optional breadcrumb quest, one of several ways to reach Stars’ Rest. The alternatives are A Disturbance In The West + To Stars’ Rest! (from Wintergarde Keep) and Hero’s Call: Dragonblight! (from the Hero’s Call Board).
If you’ve already picked up or completed any other breadcrumb to Stars’ Rest, or have already started questing there, this quest won’t be available. That’s normal.
