Objective: Speak with Torastrasza at the top of Wyrmrest Temple.
Walkthrough
You are already at the top of Wyrmrest Temple from the previous quest. Torastrasza is a large red drake standing on the same platform as Alexstrasza. Turn around and talk to him. Quest complete.
Torastrasza also serves as the taxi NPC for traveling back down to the ground level or to the middle tier of the temple.

Alexstrasza’s quest text expands on her Galakrond warning from the previous quest. She explains that the Scourge is raising the bones of ancient dragons across the Dragonblight to create frost wyrms, and that the bones of Galakrond himself lie in the wastes to the north.
The scale of the threat becomes clear: Galakrond was larger than all five Dragon Aspects combined. If the Scourge ever successfully raised Galakrond’s remains, the result would be catastrophic.
Torastrasza provides additional context and sets up the next quest, which sends you into the Dragon Wastes on dragonback to deal with the Scourge forces scavenging dragon bones.

“Atop the Wicked Coil, the Grand Necrolord of the Scourge, Antiok, sits upon the shoulders of the reconstructed storm giant lord, Thiassi.” She recited the details calmly. “From there he commands the armies of undead to work day and night to unearth Galakrond’s massive bones.”
A necrolord riding a reanimated storm giant, overseeing the excavation of the progenitor of dragonkind. The Lich King already commanded frost wyrms, legions of undead, and a flying citadel. Apparently, that wasn’t enough.
“Should they succeed in raising Galakrond,” she said, “all of your efforts will have been for naught.”
“Can you stop them?”
She became frustrated. “While I cannot call down the full fury of the Red Dragonflight to assist you, I will grant you my blessing. The reds are entrenched in war with Malygos.” A dragon civil war. “Go now and speak with my majordomo, Torastrasza.”
When even the Aspects started delegating, things were dire indeed.
Torastrasza waited in the temple’s inner sanctum.
“The bravery of mortals never fails to astound me,” he said. “Death affixes its cold stare upon you and in return you rise to challenge its assertion. It is why your kind is so loved… and so hated.” He studied me for a long moment. “Even though the Red Dragonflight is entrenched in a war with Malygos, there is something that we can do to help.”
Something. Against a necrolord, a storm giant, and the potential resurrection of a creature that made Aspects look small.
“What do you need me to do?”
Torastrasza had something to offer despite the war with Malygos, which was a ruby drake and a run into the Dragon Wastes to stop the Scourge putting bones back in the sky that had no business flying, and it happens On Ruby Wings.
