Walkthrough

This is a simple travel quest. If you’re still on Saragosa’s platform:

1. Use the Augmented Arcane Prison to summon Keristrasza (if she isn’t still there from the previous quest)
2. Talk to her and select “Keristrasza, I am finished here. Please return me to the Transitus Shield.”
3. She teleports you directly in front of Raelorasz
4. Talk to Raelorasz to turn in the quest

On turn-in, a brief conversation scene plays:

Keristrasza spawns between you and Raelorasz.

Keristrasza says: Raelorasz, it is good to see you again.

Raelorasz says: Keristrasza! I wish that circumstances allowed for a more fitting welcome. Fate has been kind to return you to us.

Keristrasza says: Fate, it seems, has been more than kind. A blow has been dealt to Malygos. When he learns of it, I am confident he will leave the safety of the Nexus.

Keristrasza says: Farewell, Raelorasz.

Keristrasza walks away and despawns.

Tips

• Fun Alternative for Mages/Priests: Instead of asking for the teleport, try using Slow Fall or Levitate to glide from the platform all the way to the Transitus Shield.
• If You’re Already Down: If you flew down manually or died and spirit-resed, simply go to the Transitus Shield and talk to Raelorasz.
• Keep Your Prison: Don’t assume you no longer need the Augmented Arcane Prison. It’s still required for the next quest in the chain.
• Group Members Need Their Own Prison: If you killed Saragosa with a friend who didn’t have their own Augmented Arcane Prison, they may have trouble turning in this quest. Each player needs the item.

Story Context

Keristrasza (quest text): “Malygos is certainly aware that something is amiss. I know him. His focus is fragmented. I am confident that I can lure him from the safety of his realm when he learns what has become of his precious Saragosa. Take me to Raelorasz at once. He must rouse every dragon he commands to face Malygos.”

Raelorasz (completion): “Word of Keristrasza’s rescue has reached my ears. You are to be commended. I am eager to speak with her again.”

With Saragosa dead, Keristrasza believes Malygos’s attention is now scattered. His focus on the war effort will waver as grief and rage consume him. This is the moment to strike. Raelorasz, as the Wyrmrest Accord’s representative in Coldarra, must rally every red dragon under his command to face the Spell-Weaver.

The stage is being set for a confrontation with an Aspect.
