“The sapper squad is ready. That means it’s fun time, my dear! There’s only one thing holding us up from our full-scale assault on Garm! I sent a runner to set a teleporter up behind Garm–successfully I might add–and he returned to get the power cell it needs to function. It isn’t working yet… which means the power cell didn’t get there. I need you to look just on the other side of Garm’s Bane for the power cell.
When you find it, bring it farther east to Garm’s Rise and activate the teleporter.”
-Ricket
Ricket at K3 would like you to locate the Transporter Power Cell and use it to activate the Transportation Pad at Garm’s Rise.

You will be able to choose one of these rewards:
You will receive:
Upon completion of this quest you will gain:
Quest Giver: Ricket — K3, The Storm Peaks [41, 86]
Turn In: Ricket — K3 (automatic teleport on completion)
Prerequisites: Ample Inspiration + A Delicate Touch + Bitter Departure (all three required)
Objective: Find the Transporter Power Cell east of Garm’s Bane, then carry it to the Transportation Pad at Garm’s Rise and activate it.
Walkthrough
Step 1: Head northeast from K3 past Garm’s Bane (the minefield from A Delicate Touch). The Transporter Power Cell is at [45.1, 82.4], just on the other side of the charging zone. Look for it near a dead K3 snow runner who didn’t make it.
Step 2: From the power cell, continue east past the Garm cave entrance. The Transportation Pad is at [50.7, 81.9] at the far east end of Garm’s Rise, up on a ridge between two hills. It’s outside the cave, not inside it.
Step 3: Right-click the Transporter Power Cell from your bags while standing on the pad. This activates the teleporter and immediately warps you back to K3, completing the quest.

Lore Notes
This is the setup for K3’s full counteroffensive against the Garm magnataur. Ricket’s sapper squad is ready, but the teleporter behind enemy lines needs its power cell delivered.
The runner she sent was killed en route (you find the cell near his body). With the teleporter operational, the goblins can deploy sappers directly behind Garm for the cave assault that follows.
The teleporter is another piece of K3’s Team Fortress 2-inspired defense network, joining the sentry turrets at Garm’s Bane, the land mines, and the sapper squad.

Vikstone's War Journal“The sapper squad is ready,” Ricket announced. “That means it’s fun time, my dear!”
That phrase never bodes well.

“There’s only one thing holding us up from our full-scale assault on Garm! I sent a runner to set a teleporter up behind Garm–successfully I might add–and he returned to get the power cell it needs to function.” She paused. “It isn’t working yet… which means the power cell didn’t get there.”
Somewhere between Garm’s Bane and K3, a goblin runner had dropped the critical component. I didn’t ask what happened to the runner. Some questions answer themselves in these peaks.
The power cell lay half-buried in snow east of Garm’s Bane, where magnataur patrolled in their lumbering circuits. I retrieved it without incident, moved east to Garm’s Rise, and slotted the cell into the dormant teleporter. The device hummed to life.
I stepped onto the pad and materialized back in K3.
“Excellent!” A fierce grin crept onto Ricket’s face. “Let the destruction begin!”
