“The Northsea Freebooters all fear and respect Grezzix. I’m thinking they recognize my special talents and envy my amazing ship. All you need to do is tag along with my cabin boy, Lou, and you’ll be in like… In like tin. Pirates love tin. Just talk to Lou when you’re ready to go and he’ll take you to Scalawag. Oh yea, you’ll want to talk to “Silvermoon” Harry first.
He’ll have more information on the stuff they pilfered. Just watch what you say around him. He’s a freak… crazy for blood elves.”

Vikstone's War JournalGrezzix’s confidence, as it turned out, was not entirely unfounded.

“The Northsea Freebooters all fear and respect Grezzix. I’m thinking they recognize my special talents and envy my amazing ship.”
The ship in question could charitably be called a boat. I said nothing.
“All you need to do is tag along with my cabin boy, Lou, and you’ll be in like… In like tin. Pirates love tin.”
Lou ferried me to Scalawag Point without incident. The tauren handled the vessel with surprising competence, and I decided not to ask how he’d ended up serving a goblin pirate.
Scalawag Point was exactly what I expected: a wretched sprawl of tents and shacks, three frigates anchored offshore, and the smell of too many unwashed criminals in too small a space. Lou guided me through the crowds to a tent festooned with crimson and gold banners.
“Silvermoon” Harry looked up as I entered. His quarters were a shrine to blood elf aesthetics: silk hangings, delicate lanterns, what appeared to be an authentic Blood Knight tabard mounted on the wall. The man himself was human, weathered by salt and sun.
He raised an eyebrow.
“So you’re like me, eh? A little eccentric.” His voice dropped to a whisper. “Nobody dresses like that around here.”
He thought I was a fellow enthusiast. Of what, I couldn’t begin to guess.
“About those artifacts… Everyone that came into contact with that stuff has ended up dead, missing, or both. If you’re still interested in learning more, I can help.” His eyes sharpened. “But it’ll cost you. You scratch my back and I’ll try not to stick a dagger in yours.”
Dead, missing, or both. The Kvaldir curses were already at work.
Harry had a lead on the artifacts and a price attached to it, and the first thing on his list was a parrot called “Scoodles”.
