Elder Atuik at Kamagua in Howling Fjord wants you to obtain 6 pieces of Island Shoveltusk Meat from Island Shoveltusk in the Isle of Spears.

Objective: Collect 6 Island Shoveltusk Meat from Island Shoveltusks on the Isle of Spears.

Walkthrough
Head east from Kamagua onto the grassy portions of the Isle of Spears. Kill Island Shoveltusks and loot Island Shoveltusk Meat. You need 6 pieces.
Fair warning: this quest has a reputation as one of the most frustrating in Northrend. The drop rate is low (players report anywhere from 1-in-5 to 1-in-12), and Spearfang Worgs actively hunt the shoveltusks. If a worg deals enough damage to a shoveltusk before you tag it, the mob can die without giving you loot or XP.

“We tuskarr rely mostly on our fish catch for sustenance,” Atuik said. “In times of great need, however, we will on occasion hunt land animals.”
He motioned toward the refugees huddled near the fire pits. More arrived as we spoke, tuskarr from Iskaal with nothing but the furs on their backs and fear in their eyes.
“The nearby village of Iskaal was recently attacked by pirates and the survivors just keep pouring in. Our catch has been modest this week, but there are many shoveltusk on the island and their meat is plentiful. Aid my people by hunting these great beasts and obtaining their meat.”
The Northsea Freebooters. The same pirates I’d just spent days dealing with at Scalawag Point. They’d been busy while I was recovering cursed artifacts.
I hunted the Isle of Spears, taking six shoveltusk with efficient kills. Good meat, enough to feed many. Honest work… the kind that didn’t require curses or cannons.
When I returned, Atuik accepted the provisions. “I thank you. My people are in a time of great need.”
The tuskarr had survived these coasts for generations. They would survive this too. But they shouldn’t have to do it alone.
Food was handled, and the survivors out of Iskaal had come away with nothing at all, so Atuik wanted weapons made from what the island could give him, which means Arming Kamagua.
