Walkthrough
Head south from Kamagua along the snow-covered shoreline. Frostwing Chimaeras spawn across the snowy areas of the Isle of Spears, with concentrations around [25, 65] and [26, 67]. Start at the lower shoreline and work your way uphill for more spawns.

His yellowed tusks gleamed in the firelight.
“It is time for us, too, to fight against our foes to save our brethren. We will need to craft new weapons. The horns of the frostwing chimaera that make their home in the snowy parts of the island are sharp and are easily crafted into spear tips. Bring me the best of these horns that you can find.”
The chimaera of the Isle of Spears were no simple prey. Two heads, each with its own temperament, and frost breath from one, savage teeth from the other. I found them in the island’s higher reaches, where snow clung to the rocks year-round.
The creatures died hard, but they died.
Atuik examined the horns when I returned. They would make fine spear tips. “You continue to prove your worth as an ally. Your actions will not be forgotten.”
Atuik called up a Kalu’ak warrior to walk beside him and pointed the pair of them at the ruins, because it was time to Avenge Iskaal.
