“Please, Vikstone. I know it is Arugal you’re after. I swear on my father’s memory I will help you take him down. But I must beg you… Anya is completely innocent, we cannot leave her with these savages. Help me rescue my sister and you’ll have me at your side when you face Arugal.
I know the den Anatoly spoke of. We’ll find it on the other side of this hill. Let’s go, my sister’s in danger.”

Lore Context
Anya’s dialogue is one of the more affecting moments in the zone. She’s clearly young and scared, telling the player plainly that “the worgen-men are mean.” Her confusion about “Badmoon Isle” versus Bloodmoon Isle reinforces that this is simply a child who’s been held captive by monsters, not a quest NPC delivering exposition.
Sasha’s pledge from the quest title is the deal she makes at the start: she swears on her father’s memory that if you help rescue Anya, she’ll fight at your side against Arugal. She makes good on this promise in the next quest, Hour of the Worg, where she personally assists you on Bloodmoon Isle.

Vikstone's War Journal“I know it is Arugal you’re after,” Sasha said. “I swear on my father’s memory I will help you take him down. But I must beg you… Anya is completely innocent. We cannot leave her with these savages. Help me rescue my sister and you’ll have me at your side when you face Arugal.”

Duskhowl Den cut into the hillside, its entrance reeking of wet fur and dried blood. The worgen inside died quickly. Sasha fought alongside me, saving her rage for the one who mattered.
We found Anya in the depths. A child, small and frightened, but unturned.
“Sister!” She ran to Sasha’s arms. “The mean men were going to take me to Badmoon Isle. They wanted to turn me into one of them.”
Sasha held her tight.
“Don’t ever leave me again,” Anya whispered. “First they took papa, then they took you…”
I kept watch while the sisters held each other.
Arugal had taken their father. Nearly taken their future. Sasha had promised to help me kill him.
I intended to collect on that promise.
Anya is safe, and Sasha keeps her promises. Arugal waits on Bloodmoon Isle, and the hunt ends with Hour of the Worg.
