Location: Karen “I Don’t Caribou” the Culler patrols on top of the hill at [57, 56], just east of Hierophant Liandra at the Abandoned Reach. She is on TOP of the mine, not inside it.
The Fight:
Karen is a level 72 non-elite accompanied by 2-3 stealthed guards (level 67-70 Crazed Looters). Despite the “Suggested Players: 2” tag, this is easily soloable by most classes.

Zaza describes Karen in savage terms:

D.E.H.T.A.’s description of Karen drinking blood and howling at the moon paints her as more beast than hunter. A person who has become the very thing she hunts.
Easter Egg: The Name Pun
Karen’s nickname “I Don’t Caribou” is a wordplay on “I don’t care about you.” The caribou she slaughters are just paychecks to her. She doesn’t see them as living creatures worthy of respect, only profit.
Reference: The Blightcaller Cometh
The quest title likely references The Blightcaller Cometh, a Vanilla WoW raid quest involving Nathanos Blightcaller. Both quests share a naming pattern (“[Name] Cometh”) and feature an infamous figure standing on a hilltop guarded by lackeys.

The guards came first, fast but sloppy. I put them down and closed on Karen.
She fought like someone who’d never been told no. Brutal swings, no defense, all aggression and outrage that I had the audacity to interrupt her work. Nesingwary’s gold had bought her good steel, but steel doesn’t fight for you.
She went down screaming demands at me. I couldn’t make out most of them over the sound of my mace.
I left her there, among the caribou she’d butchered. Nature’s justice, the druids would call it.
D.E.H.T.A. had one more name to cross off before the last one, a man who called himself Ned, Lord of Rhinos… while the druids called him something considerably shorter.
