Troll Patrol: Couldn’t Care Less

Quest Giver: Captain Grondel — Drak’Agal, Zul’Drak [48, 64]

Objective: Kill 7 Mossy Rampagers in Drak’Agal.

Walkthrough

• Head into the flooded, waterlogged area northwest of Grondel’s building. Mossy Rampagers are bog elementals scattered through the stagnant water between the Amphitheater of Anguish and the Argent Stand.
• Kill 7 of them. They’re spread across the swampy ground, including the drier land to the west, so don’t limit yourself to just the deepest water.
• Watch for Drakkari Basilisks in the same area. They can aggro while you’re fighting a Rampager.
• After completing, Grondel directs you to Alchemist Finklestein to the west.

Efficiency Tips

• This is the slowest of Grondel’s three possible tasks due to limited Mossy Rampager spawns. If other players are competing for kills, the 20-minute Troll Patrol timer can get tight.
• Don’t camp the area. If spawns are thin, kill what’s available, fly off to do another patrol task (Finklestein’s lab is a good choice), then come back for a second pass.
• Group up if you see other players on the same quest. Kills grant credit to all party members.
• Do Alongside: Creature Comforts and Whatdya Want, a Medal? (Grondel’s other two possible tasks) both take place in this same area, so if you got this one, you’re already familiar with the terrain.
