Return to Frenzyheart Hill and speak to Elder Harkek.

A breadcrumb with no combat. Zepik is heading back to the hill to tell the tribe you were never a traitor, and he wants you to talk to Elder Harkek once he has. Take this from Zepik at the same time as Frenzyheart Champion, since he despawns within about a minute of the Artruis fight. Fly to Frenzyheart Hill (55, 69) and turn in to Harkek, after which the three Frenzyheart dailies open up.

“Okay, I going back to Frenzyheart Hill to make sure all Frenzyheart know what you done for wolvar and for Zepik. You great hunter and they dumb to think you not. Go back to hill and talk to Elder Harkek… I make sure he knows you not traitor before any other Frenzyheart. Thank you, Lich Hunter.”

Location for Turn-In: 55, 69 at Frenzyheart Hill.
Defeat Artruis the Heartless:
Location: 70, 58 inside the cave.
Ensure you kill Jaloot (the Oracles representative) during the fight to align with the Frenzyheart Tribe. — **Quest Giver:** Zepik the Gorloc Hunter, after defeating Artruis the Heartless and siding with the Frenzyheart Tribe. Location for Turn-In: 55, 69 at Frenzyheart Hill. Ensure you kill Jaloot (the Oracles representative) during the fight to align with the Frenzyheart Tribe.

Accept this quest from Zepik immediately after completing Frenzyheart Champion at the Sundered Shard cave. Zepik despawns quickly, so grab both quests before leaving. Fly to Frenzyheart Hill [55, 69] and speak to Elder Harkek to turn in.

Zepik is the one who names you Lich Hunter, signing off with “Thank you, Lich Hunter.” Harkek’s completion is him confirming word got around: “I hear you Lich Hunter now – that pretty good!” (in the Frenzyheart’s eyes, not a formal in-game title). After turn-in, the three Frenzyheart daily quest givers (Elder Harkek, Rejek, and Vekgar) become available.
