“Snorri was once the pride of our nation. A mighty warrior, many an enemy fell to his club. We honor him, though he’s no longer what he once was. Age has taken its toll, dulling his senses and sapping his strength. Still, he remains as proud as ever, never missing an opportunity to join a battle. Speaking of battle, we’re cooling Fjorn’s anvil so it can be taken home. The remaining fire revenants are putting up some resistance.
Help Snorri relive his glory days, Night Elf. Guide him against this enemy.”

Lore Context
Njormeld describes Snorri as a once-mighty warrior who was the pride of the Sons of Hodir, but age has dulled his senses and sapped his strength. This quest lets Snorri “relive his glory days” by guiding him into one more battle.
The Seething Revenants are fire elementals resisting the frost giants’ efforts to cool Fjorn’s Anvil for transport back to Dun Niffelem. The anvil is needed to reforge Thorim’s armor, which the player recovered earlier in the chain.
Completing this step brings Fjorn’s Anvil to Dun Niffelem, where it becomes the quest giver for the Hot and Cold daily. That daily is one of your earliest sources of repeatable Sons of Hodir reputation and becomes available at Neutral.
Explore the Storm Peaks’ hidden easter eggs, lore mysteries, and connections across Warcraft history in Vikstone’s Storm Peaks Chronicles, along with the complete quest storyline.
Vikstone's War Journal“Snorri was once the pride of our nation,” Njormeld said. “A mighty warrior, many an enemy fell to his club. We honor him, though he’s no longer what he once was. Age has taken its toll, dulling his senses and sapping his strength. Still, he remains as proud as ever, never missing an opportunity to join a battle.”

The old giant stood a little apart with the club up on his shoulder, and at the word battle he came to attention the way any soldier does.
“Speaking of battle, we’re cooling Fjorn’s anvil so it can be taken home. The remaining fire revenants are putting up some resistance. Help Snorri relive his glory days. Guide him against this enemy.”
Relive his glory days.
I climbed onto his shoulders and he took my weight without appearing to notice it.
The work was snow. There were drifts all round the yard, and Snorri could pack a ball out of one in a moment and put it a hundred yards into a fire revenant and take the thing out clean. My part was steering him to the drifts and telling him which one to hit.
The club never came off his shoulder. Toward the end he was breathing hard and laughing, and his aim had started to wander wide, and he hit the last one regardless.
“An honorable performance,” Njormeld said. “I shall inform the king of your assistance. The anvil is nearly cool enough. I shall see you in Dun Niffelem soon.”
Snorri was asleep on his feet before I was down off his shoulders.
My people were not built to grow old. That was taken from us within living memory, and most of us have still not learned what it looks like from the inside.
The anvil was nearly cool enough to move and Njormeld promised to speak to the king. None of it counted until they were Forging an Alliance.
